The Complete Body Relaxation Tea restores your body after a long and hard day. Osmanthus and hibiscus, along with peppermint, create a calming aroma while Rooibos and rosehip provides a floral taste. Ginger, apple, and almond complete this tea to give it a spicy layer of vitality.

Preparation
Bring freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Place 1-2 teaspoons of tea for each cup into the teapot. Pour the boiling water into the teapot. Cover and let steep for 5-7 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea).
