Teafluent Tea Shop owns and operates the Internet site located at http://www.teafluent.ca (the “Site”). By accessing, browsing, shopping and/or using the pages in this Site, you agree to these terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”) and you attest that you are at least 18 years of age. This agreement contains disclaimers and other provisions that limit our liability. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, do not access, browse or use this Site. Teafluent may change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. It is recommended that you review these terms and conditions each time you view the site. All materials appearing on Teafluent’s web site could include technical, photographical, or typographical, errors. Teafluent does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, current, or complete. Teafluent may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. However, Teafluent does not make any commitment to update the materials.
Allergens
Teafluent cannot guarantee that any of its products do not contain or have not come into contact with the following: eggs, milk, wheat, peanuts, seafood (fish, crustaceans and shellfish), sesame, mustard, soy, tree nuts or sulphites.

Teafluent may revise these terms of use for its web site at any time without notice. By using this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Service.
Customer Account
It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain the security of their Teafluent customer account. The customer shall be held responsible should any charges or damages be incurred secondary to the customer not taking reasonable care of their customer account and/or password.
Pricing
All prices listed anywhere on the Teafluent website, unless otherwise noted, are in Canadian dollars (CAD)
Orders & Payment
Teafluent reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, errors in availability or pricing. Purchases must be approved by the third party payment service. Teafluent orders are shipped either through their own delivery service or using a third party shipping service. Teafluent will not be held responsible for any damages, losses or expenses incurred due to shipping. Subscriptions
Weekly Subscription: By purchasing a Weekly Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Weekly Subscription fee at the then current Weekly Subscription Rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription You may cancel your Weekly Subscription plan at any time, subject to our cancellation policy.
Monthly Subscription: By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Monthly Subscription fee at the then current Monthly Subscription Rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription You may cancel your Monthly Subscription plan at any time, subject to our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy: To cancel a subscription, please email teafluentteashop@gmail.com asking to cancel the subscription. All subscriptions must be cancelled 5 calendar days before the billing period. Any subscriptions cancelled less than 5 calendar days before the billing period will be charged and receive the product of the subscription for the upcoming billing period before being cancelled.

If we do not receive payment from your credit card provider or if your credit card expires or is rejected, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand. Following any such non-payment, we may require you to provide a second valid credit card before continuing to use the Services.
Shipping Information Errors
The customer is responsible for entering the correct address when ordering tea online at www.teafluent.ca. Should an incorrect address be entered, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify Teafluent of the error immediately by emailing teafluentteashop@gmail.com, within 8 hours of placing the order. Otherwise, a shipping charge will apply to return the package and resend it to a corrected address. Shipping charges for packages that must be re-sent to a corrected address vary from $14.00 to $28.00 CAD, depending on the location.
