Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping to the Regina area. Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on location.
Choose from 3 different levels of shipping speed including Standard, Expedited, and Priority.
Delivery time is estimated between 2-7 business days for Canadian destinations. Delivery time is estimated between 7-14 business days for US destinations.
Due to increased shipping costs during the peak season, shipping costs may be increased temporarily.
Unfortunately, due to Quebec's Bill 96, we will no longer be able to ship to the province of Quebec.

Return & Exchange Policy
Our goal is customer satisfaction. At Teafluent, we aim to provide our valued customers premium loose leaf tea and tea accessories.
Any unopened and unused tea accessories may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 calendar days from when the order was shipped. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost associated with returning the product.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for loose leaf teas at this time. All loose leaf tea sales are final.
All products sold on the Teafluent website are sold as they are with no warranty, express or implied, unless otherwise stated.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled if the order has not yet been shipped. Cancellations will be determined based on the status of your order. Once you have received the shipping confirmation email, your order is not eligible for a refund. Please email teafluentteashop@gmail.com as quickly as possible to inquire about a cancellation. All cancellations will be at the discretion of Teafluent Tea Shop. If approved, your order minus the 3% cancellation fee will be refunded back to the original method of payment.
Please note that there will be a 3% cancellation fee applied to the refund to cover third party processing fees.
