Refreshing Mint Tea Bags
Our Refreshing Mint tea is made with Gunpowder green tea, a luxurious Lemon Verbena and Spearmint for a natural sweetness and milder mint flavor, letting a little complexity of the Gunpowder leaves to come through. Light in caffeine, it can be enjoyed anytime of the day. Try it hot or cold to keep you feeling refreshed.
Ingredients
Spearmint, Lemon verbena, Luxury gunpowder green tea
Preparation
Hot Tea Brewing Method: Bring freshly drawn water to a temperature of approximately 80°C - 85°C. Place 1 tea bag into a cup. Pour the water into the cup. Let steep for 3-5 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea). Make sure not to use boiling water as this can burn the tea leaves and cause the tea to taste bitter.
Iced Tea Cold Steep Method: (For a 2 - 3L Pitcher) Fill the pitcher almost to the top with cold water. Place 3 - 4 tea bags (or more depending on preference) in the pitcher and top up the pitcher with cold water. Place in fridge for 4-6 hours or overnight if desired. Remove the pitcher from the fridge and discard the tea bags. Enjoy your iced tea!
