Apricot Peach White Tea
A flavourful and fruity combination with hints of peaches and apricots. This light and refreshing tea makes a wonderful iced tea for a hot sunny day at the cabin!

Preparation
Hot Tea Brewing Method: When preparing by the cup, this tea can be used roughly 1-2 times. The secret is to use water that is approximately 75-80°C. Place 1-2 teaspoons of tea leaves in your cup and let the tea steep for 3-6 minutes. Then begin enjoying a cup of pure white tea. Do not remove the leaves from the cup. Once the water level is low, add more water until the tea flavour is exhausted. Milk or sugar will mask the delicate characters of this tea and are not recommended.
Iced Tea Cold Steep Method: (For a 2 - 3L Pitcher) Fill the pitcher almost to the top with cold water. Place 2 - 3 tea bags in the pitcher and top up the pitcher with cold water. Place in fridge for 4-6 hours or overnight. Remove the pitcher from the fridge and discard the tea bags.
