Lime Gelato Tea
This enticing tea conjures up the flavour sensations of a gelato from Italy.
Ingredients
Lime pieces, Lime leaves, Lemon peel, Peppermint, Apples, Hibiscus
Preparation
Hot Tea Brewing Method: Place 1 to 2 teaspoons of Lime Gelato per cup into the teapot. Pour boiling water into pot and let it steep for 3-7 minutes. The longer the steeping time, the more intense the flavor becomes. Pour into your cup and add sugar to taste.
Iced Tea Cold Steep Method: (For a 2 - 3L Pitcher) Fill the pitcher almost to the top with cold water. Place 2 - 3 tea bags in the pitcher and top up the pitcher with cold water. Place in fridge for 4-6 hours or overnight. Remove the pitcher from the fridge and discard the tea bags.
